Academic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Operations Management, or related. • A Master’s degree or additional certifications in facility or event management is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software. Professional Experience: • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong background in medium/large-scale hotel or facility operations. • Experience working with sports teams, professional athletes, or in sports event management is highly desirable. • Experience in managing budgets, financial performance, and cost control. • In-depth understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and sales techniques in the hospitality industry.
