Professional Experience • At least 10 years of experience in property, asset, or real estate portfolio management, preferably in high-end residential or luxury hospitality sector • Strong understanding of building operations, asset lifecycle, and capital planning • Proven track record in delivering client satisfaction and managing stakeholder relationships • Experience in delivering lifestyle or convenience services within a premium hospitality or residential setting • Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to assess ROI and develop business cases • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Work experience or familiarity with countries where the sector is mature, such as the United States of America, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, is highly preferred but not required. Academic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Property Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, CPM, or similar) are a plus.
