Professional Experience: • At least 20 years of working experience in Development of Residential or other large-scale projects (preferably residential developments) in progressively advancing roles that have led to direct and/or management of teams (both Internal teams and External Consultants of different disciplines) • Experience in working in the local Market is preferable. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture with a Masters or MBA preferred • Appropriate certifications and industry affiliations relevant to education and experience
