You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria: • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior FM role, ideally within luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use environments. • Strong technical understanding of building systems (MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, etc.). • Demonstrable experience managing both in-house teams and outsourced contractors. • Strong understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety within property environments. • Skilled in budgeting, service charge planning, and performance reporting. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Academic Qualifications • Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related fields. • Professional qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH/NEBOSH, or engineering certifications are highly desirable.
