Minimum 8 years of combined experience in production engineering, plant management, ERP usage, and construction project management. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects in the renewable energy or industrial manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly methods, and on-site construction practices. Proficiency with ERP systems for production planning and resource management. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent business management experience. Experience in renewable energy systems, particularly wind turbines or hybrid energy solutions. Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement methodologies. Previous experience in plant operations or construction management within the energy sector.
