Main Accountabilities
• Provide technical support to end-users in-person with comprehensive telephone, remote and on-site support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Install and configure software and hardware components and updating
• existing ones as needed.
• Monitor & Support IT Infrastructure (workstations, printers, network switches, servers).
• Updating employees on the status of their service requests
• Work directly with clients and implementation teams
• Provide client status reports as needed.
• Work effectively based on instructions & technical manuals & act independently to manage and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Ensure accuracy in troubleshooting, documentation and implementation of technical solutions
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Strong experience in Multiple Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and software applications administration and installation.
• Good knowledge of Computer Hardware, IP Networks and related hardware.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention-to-detail
• Teamwork and collaboration mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies, priorities and project requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
