What we look for: -Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.  -Extensive experience in the field of Data Engineering, in large-scale projects, especially in a Microsoft Azure environment.  -Exceptional proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data structures and analysis.  -Extensive experience with Azure data technologies (Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Delta Lake), integration pipelines, and data processing workflows.  -Strong familiarity with Delta Lake architecture.  -Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.   -In-depth knowledge of Python programming, API development, and integration.  -Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.   -A results-driven mindset and an impact-driven approach in delivering projects.   -An enthusiastic attitude and the ability to keep peers and team members motivated to excel.   -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
