Construction Claims Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Claims Specialist to join our PMO Department (based at Ellinikon Offices). The role will be reporting to the Chief PMO and will be responsible to handle claims and disputes arising during various construction projects. In detail, some of the responsibilities of the position, would include, amongst other duties: • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of construction contract terms and obligations pertaining to claims. • Lead negotiations and facilitate the resolution of claims in an efficient and cost-effective manner. • Collaborate closely with project managers and legal teams to compile and assess the necessary information for defending any potential claims. • Develop and implement strategic measures to mitigate potential claims and disputes proactively. • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding claim-related matters. • Provide regular, structured updates on claim statuses to relevant parties. • Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping of all correspondence and materials related to claims. • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on claim-related issues to support informed decision-making. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal developments in construction claims management. • Guarantee full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in construction claims handling. • Actively participate in meetings and discussions related to claim resolution strategies. • Identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions to mitigate potential claims before they escalate. • Provide support and guidance to other departments on matters related to construction claims as required.
