Located within The Ilisian - the new multidimensional city destination of Athens, this new luxury hotel marks a new chapter in Athenian hospitality offering an unparalleled experience in the city's vibrant cultural and historical center. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet services, ensuring that our events reflect the highest standards of luxury and client satisfaction. As the Banquet Manager, your creative vision and operational expertise will play a key role in shaping the exceptional event experiences that Conrad Athens The Ilisian will offer upon its opening. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to meticulously plan and execute conferences, galas, weddings, and other special occasions, ensuring that every detail reflects the elegance and quality that will define our hotel.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Banquet Management or a related role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. • Guest-Centric: Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail. • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in Greek and English. • Problem-solving: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
