As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and personalized attention from the moment they arrive. You will manage the front office operations, which includes overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing rooms allocation, and coordinating special requests. Your commitment to excellence and passion for guest service will directly contribute to the unparalleled reputation of Conrad Athens The Ilisian.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in hotel Front Office operations, with at least 2 years experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel environment. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. • Customer Focus: Exceptional guest service skills, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with a diverse clientele and team. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. • Hotel Technology Proficient: Experienced with Opera PMS and hotel booking systems. • Languages: Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
