Περιγραφή
1. Sports Dormitory Operations:
• Oversee the daily operations of the sports dormitories, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning at the highest standards, including guest check-ins, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement ensuring timely and professional attention to athletes' needs, concerns, or requests.
• Ensure the dormitory facilities meet the needs of professional athletes, including customized rooms for team arrangements, healthy meal plans, fitness amenities, and privacy.
• Manage the booking system ensuring efficient check-in/out process with accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Handle all arrangements for special events and additional services.
• Ensure the dormitory complies with all local and international regulations and health and safety standards.
2. Sales & Marketing:
• Develop and implement the Pricing and policy, sales & marketing plan to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure competitive and profitable arrangements.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sports teams, federations, and professional athletes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for teams and athletes before, during, and after their stay, ensuring an
exceptional experience.
4. Budgeting & Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the budget for the sports dormitories, tracking revenue, occupancy rates and expenses.
• Analyze trends and adjust to ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management.
5. Staff Management & Training:
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service.
• Foster a positive work environment, motivating staff to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Ειδικές Δεξιότητες
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Operations Management, or related.
• A Master’s degree or additional certifications in facility or event management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
Professional Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong background in medium/large-scale hotel or facility operations.
• Experience working with sports teams, professional athletes, or in sports event management is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
• In-depth understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and sales techniques in the hospitality industry.
