Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize the lifespan and performance of the rental fleet. Ensure compliance with local and regional regulations related to the car rental industry. Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. Lead and motivate a diverse team of operational staff. Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.
