CENERGY HOLDINGS is seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking IT Systems & Cloud Engineer to join our infrastructure team. If you're passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across on-prem and cloud environments, this is your opportunity to lead the backbone of a global industrial group. 🎯 What You’ll Do: ✅ Infrastructure Management • Support and maintain On-Prem and Azure environments • Administer virtualization clusters (VMware, Hyper-V) and Azure services (VMs, Networking, Monitoring, Arc) ✅ Identity & Security • Manage enterprise identity solutions (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA) • Deploy and support security tools (MS Defender, BitLocker, MDM via Intune) ✅ Systems Optimization • Oversee centralized infrastructure services: antivirus, OS deployment, patching, inventory, and maintenance • Evaluate systems and guide IT support teams with technical direction ✅ Capacity & Continuity Planning • Plan hardware/software upgrades and manage storage, NAS, and host infrastructure • Support DR solutions (Zerto, Veeam) and high-availability setups (SQL Server, Load Balancers) ✅ Documentation & Compliance • Maintain system documentation and ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and security best practices • Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence 🎓 What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience • 5+ years in IT engineering with Microsoft technologies, 3+ years in Azure environments • Proven expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, and hybrid Azure deployments • Strong knowledge of HP/Dell servers, SAN switches, and basic networking/firewalls • Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates • Familiarity with factory/production IT-OT environments (Perdue model) is a plus • Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104, AZ-801, MD-101 are highly valued • Excellent English communication and project management skills • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in team settings 💼 What We Offer: • Α unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing • Competitive remuneration package • Life & Health lnsurance Plan • Additional Bonus, based on results If you're ready to grow your career in a dynamic and international environment with meaningful prospects, become part of our team. #CenergyHoldings #HellenicCables #CorinthPipeworks #SafeWorkplace #JoinOurTeam #EmployeeWellbeing #SafetyFirst #WorkWithUs #StrongConnections #QualityAndIntegrity#CareerOpportunities #Teamwork
