Are you a seasoned maintenance professional with deep expertise in electrical systems and a passion for leadership? Corinth Pipeworks is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team at the Thisvi Plant in Viotia. This is your opportunity to take charge of critical infrastructure and lead a team that keeps operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. 🎯 What You’ll Do: ✅ Team Leadership & Coordination • Lead and supervise the Electrical Maintenance Team • Set departmental goals and evaluate team performance • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure HSE compliance ✅ System Reliability & Optimization • Oversee maintenance of all plant electrical equipment • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCFA) • Analyze equipment performance and propose reliability improvements ✅ Project Management & Planning • Design and manage electrical investment projects • Contribute to annual repair planning and maintenance budgeting • Coordinate with other departments during plant shutdowns and capital projects ✅ Operational Excellence • Implement and manage maintenance systems and improvement initiatives • Allocate resources effectively to optimize cost and performance • Supervise contractors and ensure quality and safety standards are met ✅ Training & Development • Participate in training programs for maintenance and operations staff • Share knowledge and foster continuous learning within the team 🎓 What You Bring: • University degree in Electrical Engineering • 10+ years of experience in plant electrical maintenance • Proven experience managing teams and contractors • Expertise in electrical equipment repair and system troubleshooting • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills • Familiarity with contracts and negotiation in maintenance projects • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • High integrity, safety awareness, and results orientation • Ability to prioritize, manage workload, and perform under pressure 💼 What We Offer: • A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in steel pipe manufacturing. • Competitive remuneration package. • Life & Health Insurance Plan. • Additional Bonus, based on results.
