Residential Assets Director We are seeking an experienced and visionary Residential Assets Director to lead the strategic and operational management of our premium residential property portfolio. This role is responsible for maximizing residential assets performance, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and continuously enhancing the daily living experience through seamless delivery of convenience services. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of luxury and premium residential living standards, financial acumen, and a service-driven mindset to support both asset value growth and resident well-being. The Residential Assets Director, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities: • Develop and implement residential asset management strategies to optimize financial performance and customer satisfaction for all managed properties/assets • Manage and lead a team of Residential asset/building managers • Conduct regular assets reviews, financial forecasting, and performance reporting • Ensure timely and transparent reporting to stakeholders regarding asset performance and operational metrics • Respond proactively to client feedback and concerns with tailored, solution-focused action plans • Assigs budgets to residential assets and oversee performance • Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and environmental requirements related to assets • Innovate and implement new amenities, services, technologies, or lifestyle services that elevate the resident’s experience • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product Development and Finance departments to align goals and deliver seamless operations • Conduct market research and set pricing levels.
