Overview TITAN Group is looking for an experienced AI Architect to act as the global lead and subject matter expert for all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization. The position will be based at TITAN’s headquarters in Athens, Greece. Partnering with business, technology, and vendor teams, the role will define and implement scalable AI solutions that enhance manufacturing, operations, and digital transformation. The AI Architect will also identify opportunities for automation and innovation, oversee end-to-end AI project delivery, and ensure responsible and compliant AI adoption aligned with business strategy. This role will report to Digital Portfolio Director and will be part of the Group Digital and Strategy Department. Key Responsibilities • Act as the AI ambassador and thought leader, scouting emerging trends, technologies, and use cases relevant to industrial and manufacturing context. • Lead the company’s AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and digital transformation goals. • Develop enterprise AI reference architectures, frameworks, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and ethical AI adoption. • Partner with business units, solution vendors, and technology teams to design and deploy scalable AI solutions. • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation, optimization, and innovation across various business functions. • Conduct technical assessments and lead proof-of-concept pilots with vendors to validate AI solutions before large-scale deployment. • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI initiatives — from ideation and prototyping to implementation, scaling, and continuous improvement. • Measure the impact of AI solutions on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction; communicate results to executive leadership. • Collaborate with legal, data governance, and cybersecurity teams to define policies for data usage, model monitoring, and compliance. • Scout emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to guide future investments and maintain competitive advantage. • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business process teams to ensure proper data foundations for AI initiatives. Candidate Profile • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. • Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Architecture roles. • Proven track record in process automation while designing and implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale. • Strong understanding of AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and data infrastructure. • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to bridge business needs with technical execution. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate emerging technologies into tangible business value. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • For male candidates, completion of military obligations is required.
