About the role: As we accelerate our growth in the US market, we're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our American expansion strategy. Responsibilities: • Lead Qualco Group's strategic expansion into the Americas banking and financial services market; • Leverage your extensive network to establish partnerships with US banks, financial institutions, and technology companies; • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities aligned with our software solutions, platforms, and portfolio management services; • Represent Qualco Group at key US industry events, conferences, and with potential clients; • Collaborate with our executive team to tailor our offerings for the US regulatory and market landscape ; • Build and mentor a US-focused business development team based in Athens; • Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and partnership development; • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Requirements: • Deep US Banking Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the US banking, financial services, or fintech sectors with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and industry challenges; • Proven Network: Extensive, active relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at US banks, financial institutions, and technology companies; • Technology Savvy: Strong experience working with or for technology companies, preferably in B2B enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or fintech solutions; • Business Development Excellence: Demonstrated track record of successfully entering new markets and closing complex, multi-million dollar deals; • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute with precision; • Cultural Bridge: Greek heritage or strong connection to Greece, with enthusiasm about contributing to the Greek innovation ecosystem. • Education: MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
