More information about the Bank is available on our website https://www.crediabank.com/ Role Overview The primary responsibility of the role is to support the design, development, and execution of the Bank’s strategic and business plans through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. The role combines strategic thinking, business analysis, and quantitative expertise to support management decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives aiming to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth. Role Focus • Support the development and implementation of the Bank’s strategic and business planning framework • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions • Develop financial and operational models to support strategic decisions and business cases • Design and produce regular management reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support effective decision-making • Perform market, competitor, and industry analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and other planning processes • Ensure data integrity, compliance with internal reporting standards, and adherence to the Bank’s governance framework • Support the automation and digitalization of reporting processes, leveraging advanced analytic tools and technologies • Support with the preparation of all required material (e.g., presentations) for committees, BoD’s, etc. • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and legal framework. • Undertake any additional areas of responsibility or duties assigned by the Head of the Unit. Qualifications and Skills • University degree, in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field • Postgraduate degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or Strategic Management • Extensive professional experience in business strategy, financial planning, analytics, or consulting roles. • Expertise in Strategic planning & business analysis / data analytics & reporting / decision support • Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) will be considered an asset • Excellent Microsoft Office skills • Strong knowledge of strategic planning processes, business performance management and data analysis methodologies • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytical software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) • Excellent understanding of financial and operational metrics, forecasting, and performance reporting • Strategic and analytical thinking • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong project management skills • Excellent team player with initiative and commitment to excellence • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment • Innovative mindset and continuous improvement orientation • Results-oriented mindset and accountability for deliverables Your employee experience will include • A competitive remuneration package including an annual bonus based on results • Health insurance Plan and wellness benefits • Continuous learning and development opportunities • An inclusive and diverse work environment • An active role in an evolving Organization.
