Position: Market & Risk Analytics Manager We are looking for a Market & Risk Analytics Manager to lead and facilitate the execution of Elval’s enterprise risk management (ERM) framework and analytical capabilities. Blending risk, commercial finance, and strategic market intelligence, this role ensures business decisions are underpinned by sound risk insights and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Serving as a strategic partner across departments, combining data-driven analysis with risk governance to protect Elval’s financial health and competitive position. Key Accountabilities ► Enterprise Risk & Governance Lead the implementation of Elval’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework in line with international standards and best practices Facilitate Elval’s and Aluminum Group CFOs, Audit Committee, and senior management in identifying, assessing, and monitoring strategic, operational, and compliance risks Develop, communicate, and maintain the organization's risk appetite, tolerance levels, and key risk indicators (KRIs) Maintain and update comprehensive risk registers in collaboration with business units Provide timely, structured risk reporting and dashboards to the Audit Committee and senior leadership ► Financial & Market Risk Analytics Monitor exposure to macro-financial risks including FX, interest rates, insurance adequacy, metal prices, inflation, and energy costs Recommend hedging strategies or financial planning solutions in collaboration with Treasury and Finance ► Commercial & Strategic Partnering Support Sales, Metal Department, Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Treasury by aligning risk-informed insights with commercial growth strategies Design and deliver performance dashboards and business intelligence insights via tools such as Power BI or Tableau ► Market & Competitive Intelligence Track and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to inform risk-adjusted commercial decisions Translate external market shifts into internal strategies to safeguard market positioning ► Risk Culture & Capability Building Champion the development of risk awareness across departments, including training and tools to embed risk thinking Collaborate with Internal Audit, CFO, and operational teams to align risk, controls, and assurance activities Provide a risk perspective during strategic planning and investment evaluation processes Qualifications and Experience ✔ Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk, financial analysis, or commercial finance ✔ Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, ACCA, or ORM are a plus ✔ Demonstrated experience implementing ERM frameworks and tools in industrial or manufacturing environments ✔ Strong knowledge of credit risk, market exposure, and macroeconomic factors ✔ Advanced proficiency in BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and risk reporting tools ✔ Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data interpretation skills ✔ Deep understanding of ERM principles, risk methodologies, and governance ✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including with senior leadership ✔ Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities About the benefits 🎁 Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
