With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets. Key Accountabilities ► Develop and implement strategic plans to expand industrial solutions offerings and drive business growth ► Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of industrial solution projects—from concept and proposal to execution and post-implementation review ► Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Operations) to design tailored solutions that meet company's needs ► Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals in all proposed solutions ► Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery ► Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the team Qualifications and Experience ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Management, or related field ✔ Solid knowledge of industrial technologies (e.g., IoT, Industry 4.0, energy efficiency solutions) ✔ Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools ✔ Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset ✔ Understanding of sustainability practices and ESG frameworks in industrial settings is desirable ✔ Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, industrial solutions ✔ Strong understanding of industrial processes, automation, and digital transformation trends ✔ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders ✔ Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset About the benefits 🎁 Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
