We are currently looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our Design team in our Thessaloniki offices. Your role will encompass: - Involvement in all development stages of PV and BESS projects. - Liaising with the engineering team in contract finalization of the engineering/technical annexes. - Controlling scheme review as well as grids regulations review by liaising with local consultants for projects around the world aiming to derive the scope of supply and scope of works. - Defining the equipment specifications and schedules for commissioning. - Identifying the sources of potential problems, proactively taking preventive measures to avoid any project risks as well as determining response actions to mitigate any negative impact. - Assisting with drafting the scope of work and estimating the respective project budgets for PV and BESS projects. What you bring to the role: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. - Electrical Licensing is desirable. - 5+ years experience in PV, BESS, MV-HV electrical installations as Design Engineer. - Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). - Working knowledge of Autocad, PVSyst, Electrical Design. - Fluency in English is essential. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
