TEN together with its affiliated companies provide a wide spectrum of employment opportunities and, thus, is seeking to enhance its dynamic team by recruiting dedicated, high-calibre professionals to join the workforce Environmental Engineering: Environmental Officer Main duties and responsibilities • Support in preparation and maintenance of environmental sustainability action plans and objectives within the ISO 14001 and other sustainability frameworks that the Company subscribes. • Support Company’s environmental compliance with emissions regulatory frameworks (e.g. IMO DCS/CII, EU MRV/ETS, Fuel EU Maritime), as well as other Company’s related commitments. • Promote and raise environmental awareness onboard vessels and ashore. • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Company’s Environmental Management System, including environmental compliance related documentation, procedures, and policies. • Support the reporting of environmental indicators associated with the Company’s commitments on sustainability frameworks and other environmental disclose requirements. • Conduct statistical analysis and prepare environmental reports as applicable. Qualifications • Engineering background or University degree in a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in an environmental department of a shipping Company will be an asset. • Understanding of maritime environmental regulations. • Familiarity with ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 principles will be considered preferable. • Proficient in documentation, management systems, and reports preparation. • Proficient in MS Office. • Excellent organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal English. • Ability to work with a team. • Must be able to travel.
