About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our Strategy and Business Development team within the Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) unit. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives by effectively coordinating and monitoring the progress of multiple projects within the WAM pillar. You will contribute directly to the achievement of the Bank’s business objectives by collaborating with various internal divisions and external partners in Greece and abroad, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic priorities. Responsibilities •Oversee the entire project lifecycle and participate in the strategic planning and implementation of key initiatives and projects within the Wealth & Asset Management pillar •Coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely completion of deliverables •Collaborate with various business units and external partners (domestic and international) to ensure efficient project delivery •Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and strategic insights •Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying emerging trends, innovative products, and opportunities for differentiation •Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the WAM function Qualifications •MBA or MSc in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or any related field •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management in a banking, investment or other financial institution •CFA holder or holder of the professional suitability certification (Γ-portfolio management) issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission •PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred •Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights •Initiative-taking and solution-oriented attitude •Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills •Excellent command of English, both written and spoken What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
