PeopleCert is looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Partners Channels & Experience to join our dynamic Marketing team. The Head of Partners Channels & Experience will be responsible for driving the strategic development, roadmap and management of our partner channels and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all our partners, including training providers, academic institutions, and professional agents.
As a Head of Head of Partners Channels & Experience, your tasks will include the following:
Redesign and implement a new, revamped partners’ digital service model by leveraging the company’s digital touchpoints and assets.
Manage all these digital touchpoints and create actionable and comprehensive roadmaps for their evolution.
Incept and orchestrate the design and implementation of new digital services that will deliver value to partners.
Build journeys and processes to digitally onboard partners.
Align digital touchpoints’ strategy with the ever-evolving overall partners strategy.
Monitor and analyse partner engagement, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize their experience and loyalty.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to align partner initiatives across all channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to capitalize on opportunities.
Manage the budget for partner channels and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Adhere to, and implement the procedures, policies and work instructions as per the PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System
Ensure their work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity - Innovation” at all times.
Ειδικές Δεξιότητες
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree will be a plus.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital channels’ management, preferably in the certification, education, or technology industry.
Minimum 5 years in managing digital products and experiences.
Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, or certificate would be a plus)
Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing technology tools such as CRM, PRM, LMS, data analytics, marketing automation, and collaboration platforms to enhance partner management and experience.
Familiarity with the certification industry, including relevant trends, standards, and accreditation processes will be an asset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & communication skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in an international environment and managing partners across different regions.
Well organized, strong teamwork approach and team motivator, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
