As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with senior management to craft and execute HR strategies that align seamlessly with our global business objectives. Your role is pivotal in driving our organisation towards greatness.
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our visionary leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that will shape the future of our organization.
Be the guiding light, offering expert advice and guidance on various HR matters, from talent acquisition and learning and development to employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Create a talent magnet! Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to craft and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier candidates from around the world.
Empower growth! Work hand in hand with stakeholders to identify training needs and, alongside our Head of Learning & Development, refine existing programs and introduce new ones to fuel employee growth.
Be the cornerstone of a positive work culture. As a trusted advisor to employees and management, you'll foster motivation, retention, and a workplace where everyone thrives.
Illuminate the path forward! Develop and analyse HR metrics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Your data-driven insights will guide our journey to excellence.

Ειδικές Δεξιότητες
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is your foundation.
A Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field is your ace up the sleeve.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a passionate focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development.
At least 5 years of experience in leading high performing teams.
You're the HR maestro, well-versed in best practices, and have a track record of successfully crafting and executing HR strategies that drive business success.
Your communication skills shine brightly, with fluency in English (C2 level certification desired). Knowledge of other languages is a valuable asset.
You're a tech-savvy superstar! Advanced computer literacy is in your DNA, with ECDL Advanced level certification as a badge of honour.
Your problem-solving skills are razor-sharp, and your business acumen is unmatched.
You're a master of relationships, with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You know how to influence stakeholders at every level.
