The Omnichannel Services and Solutions (OSS) team delivers digital marketing technology, solutions and services across all business units and markets within Pfizer and is part of the Customer and Commercial Creation Centre (C4) organisation enabling the delivery of solutions and services which are both compliant but also in line with Pfizer technology and commercial strategies. The solutions you deliver will be built on Pfizer’s industry leading MarTech platforms as well as a range of emerging and established digital marketing technologies. This is a high volume delivery role where your passion and experience in delivering digital solutions will directly drive our solution roadmaps and help grow our digital marketing capabilities. Working directly with internal customers, platform and technology teams, CMO and our Client Partner organizations, the successful candidate will be the senior representative for the OSS in a specific geography and additional portfolios. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for delivery of digital services on a global scale in conjunction with other digital product and service owners. Being accountable for the delivery of digital assets using these services as well as the support and maintenance of the services including the following: • Project delivery oversight of technology services web development, analytics, SEO and mobile apps • Supporting the adoption through technical delivery of Adobe Franklin for our customer facing web portfolio • Provide digital marketing teams and functions support for the delivery of a suite of digital marketing technology services • Oversight of holistic delivery of services to enable end to end campaigns • Point of contact for stakeholders in markets across the EMEA region • Project management of website builds and launches • Supporting the adoption of OSS services across business units and geographies through consultancy and engagement customer groups and partners • Close collaboration with the CMO, Commercial, Medical and other stakeholders on service and solution solution design and delivery • Ensuring the efficient, compliant and secure operation and delivery of our services and platforms • Single point of contact for vendors on assigned projects
