MGK Technical Services is looking to expand its team based in Athens. MGK seeks to hire a Commercial Project Manager for Substation Automation, Engineering & full EPC Projects, reporting to the Technical & Commercial Directors in direct cooperation with the Technical Project Managers. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will cover these qualifications: • Overall responsibility for the project schedule and budget • Responsible for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from Α το Ζ • Support all objectives of the project by reviewing and approving proposals • Responsible for reporting during project execution for internal management review. • Oversight of budget management for the project. • Monitoring and management of contractual obligations related to the project. • Ensuring adherence to project schedules with a focus on timely project delivery. • Coordination with relevant stakeholders on financial and contractual matters. • Approval of expense reports and timesheets for project personnel. • General project control, including administrative aspects for smooth project operations. • Purchase order management for project-related expenses. • Equipment ordering and procurement for the project. • Tendering activities for project contracts. • Contractor and subcontractor management, including contracts, certifications and invoicing. • Client interfacing, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project. • Continuous, clear, and effective communication with team leaders and technical project managers • Coordination of resources Benefits: • Modern organization that values flexible working options • Competitive salary based on the qualifications/experience of the candidate • Excellent career growth opportunities
