Περιγραφή
We are seeking an associate to support our work, notably on Industrial Relations Policies.
In this role, you will work with the organisation’s members, organise / facilitate working group meetings to develop and co-ordinate positions on key issues for business. You will actively involve in advocating business perspective to other stakeholders while expected to contribute to the broader work of the department and ensure good cooperation with other organisation’s departments.
Ειδικές Δεξιότητες
In this role, she/he will :
· Follow up, analyse and document EU and national industrial relation’s legislation (e.g. labour law legislation, social security system, social dialogue, health and safety regulations)
· Support the documentation, promotion and lobbying of labor policies.
· Co-ordinate policy recommendations with working groups
· Draft position papers, briefings, speeches, presentations, written communication.
Profile:
· A university degree in economics, law, social studies, political studies, science or relevant topics. A post graduate degree in relevant topic is also required.
· At least 5 years work experience in labor relations, labor market, industrial relations, industrial economics, human resource management or development economics
· Experience with European or international organizations is a strong asset.
· Networking, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
· Excellent spoken and written skills in English
· proficiency in MS office tools
