The role main accountabilities will be the following: • Responsibility for the preparation of monthly financial statements for the Group (P&L, Expenses Reports, variance analysis and commentaries) • Co-ordinate and control the cost accounting activities and the preparation of management reports • Ensures appropriate budget formulation and regular revision, as well as P&L and balance sheet analysis and reporting • Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy and consistency (capex monitoring, R&D projects, operations, and business plans) • Involvement in RRF projects and training with Pharma related Claw-back / Rebate mechanisms Experience & Qualification Standards: • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics, postgraduate degree or MBA required • At least 5 years working experience in a similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry, or in auditing • Good knowledge in financial and statistical modelling, knowledge of IFRS is considered a must • SAP knowledge (FI / CO-PA) and experience in Power BI will be considered as an asset • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines Benefits • Competitive Compensation • Private Health Insurance • Career Development Opportunities • Work-Life Balance • Innovative Work Environment • Community Engagement Why Join Us At RAFARM, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact on global health.
