Main Accountabilities • Promote the complete range of TMA's Product and Services, in order to maximize cross selling and profitability. • Ability to participate in exhibitions, events, and business trips on a monthly basis. • Contact the designated customer base, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions. • Negotiate with the customer to close profitable deals. • Establish long-lasting relations with customers that will ensure customer retention. • Collect market information regarding customers and competitors and pass it on to the company’s management. • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements • Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients. • Demonstrates Healthcare & Medical equipment to highlight product benefits. • Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients. • Provides technical advice after sales. • Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance • Gains familiarity with the industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Sales or related field. • 3 years' proven experience with Sales and Marketing. • Knowledge of Relevant Products and Sales. • Written and Verbal Communication. • Critical Thinking. • Ability to Work Under Pressure. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. • Driver’s license. • Fluency in communication in English (oral/written).
