Περιγραφή

Employer Branding Marketing Manager Our new colleague in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, communication, and overall engagement within the organization. Besides, the role will also shape and promote company’s values and brand identity in order to attract, engage and retain top talent. The role involves working closely cross-functionally and especially with HR team, to design and execute initiatives that foster organization’s culture, a positive work environment, improve internal communication, and promote a sense of community and collaboration among employees. In detail, the Employer Brand Marketing Manager Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Employee Engagement Programs/Campaigns • Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with organizational goals and values • Plan and execute internal events and initiatives to enhance employees’ morale and satisfaction • Monitor and analyze employee feedback (via different tools) to continually improve engagement initiatives in close collaboration with HR team • Design Employer Branding Campaign promoting organization’s values and culture 2. Internal Communication • Design and execute effective internal communication strategies to ensure timely and transparent dissemination of information • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate clear and open communication channels across the organization • Support HR on the development of internal communication material/reports/presentations, & producing documents, newsletters, briefing papers 3. Employer Brand Identity development and establishment • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and articulate the organization's ‘employer brand identity’ • Contribute to shaping company’s culture, values, and employee value proposition (EVP) • Translate organizational values into a compelling employer brand narrative • Create engaging and im0pactful content to showcase the company culture and work environment • Develop multimedia content, including videos, blog posts, and social media campaigns, to communicate the employer brand effectively • Manage and update careers pages on the company website with relevant and up-to-date content 4. Employee Advocacy • Foster a culture of employee advocacy by encouraging employees to share their experiences on social media • Implement employee advocacy programs and provide training to employees on how to effectively represent the employer brand 5. Metrics & Reporting • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of internal engagement initiatives as well as employer branding initiatives • Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting engagement metrics and areas for improvement You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria: Academic Qualifications : • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development or Communications understanding of organizational culture and dynamics • Excellent command of the English language; any additional foreign language will be considered an asset • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with emphasis on presentations Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies: • 5 to 7 years proven professional experience working in a marketing, employee engagement or communications position (in-house communication department or communication agency) • Strong understanding of organizational culture and dynamics • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Ability to manage a complex workload and respect tight deadlines • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically • Familiarity with employee engagement tools and platforms
