SIDENOR is looking for a SAP Business Analyst - FICO (hybrid) to join the IT team in Maroussi. Sidenor, is looking for a SAP Business Analyst – Finance & Controlling for its Headquarters in Maroussi. As the SAP Business Analyst - Finance & Controlling, you will report to the Business Applications Senior Manager and be responsible for supporting SAP implementations and collaborating with different departments to ensure the quality and adoption of the projects. What you will need to do: • Support and participate in SAP Implementations through: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-Live and Support • Business Analysis and Solution Design on SAP Finance & Controlling modules • Perform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP for change requests and projects • Work with external consultants to complete projects, change requests and other issues within budget/time, ensuring quality and implementation • Guide and aid team members on a variety of Finance & Controlling topics • Train key-users and ensure documentations are done as per Group’s standards • Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs What you need to possess: • Bachelor’s Degree or MSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or Finance/Accounting • At least 5 years of hands on, project-based SAP experience in Finance & Controlling modules • Any SAP Certification is a plus • Experience with other SAP modules will be considered a plus • Experience with eBooks/MyData will be considered a plus What will lead you to success: • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Greek & English) • Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently • Experience working with large and complex matrix organizations • Strong analytical skills and results-driven approach • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects/requests/issues What we will offer to you: • A workplace with a strong focus on values of teamwork, integrity, and ownership • Dynamic and friendly working environment • Competitive remuneration and benefits package • Continuous training and career development opportunities • Private medical & health insurance plan • Food vouchers • Mental health support line What you will need to do next: Joining the Sidenor Group family is easy!
