To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a MEP Construction Manager - CBU The MEP Construction Manager will be reporting to the Construction Director of the Construction Business Unit. Our new colleague in this position, will be responsible for ensuring the timely and costly completion of the construction project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate site personnel, equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress. In general, the MEP Construction Manager, will be responsible for the following tasks: • Prepare the construction budget • Prepare the construction time schedule • Prepare the project execution plan, method statements and quality plan • Set up the construction site and organize the site team. • Provide management, supervision and oversight as primary responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and time-schedule/program as well as budget targets for the construction project. • Prepare the project procurement plan as well as actively collaborate with the procurement manager in the procurement process • Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reporting • Ensure successful project completion until closeout • Undertake the by law responsibility as per building permit supervision requirements
