To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a Graphic Designer Commercial Division of Malls, Offices, Metropolitan Park and Leisure Based @ Ellinikon Offices Our new colleague in this position, shall be part of the commercial team of the Malls, Offices, Metropolitan Park and Leisure Division. He or she shall be responsible for providing support on presentations, plans & drawing adaptations, and overall marketing & communication requirements related to our everyday work. In detail, our new colleague in this position, along with our team members, will: • He or she shall compose, manage and/or update presentations addressing various stakeholders (internal & external). The ideal new colleague should be able to multi-task as to complete projects in an organized and timely fashion using a deadline-driven work ethic. • Prepare and regularly update (based on guideline changes) presentation templates, image banks and directory of relevant material for commercial requirements. Contribute in creation and circulation of reports & circulars on behalf of our division. • Adjust floorplans & drawings, as per the needs of the commercial team, in regard to presentations and potential client proposals. • Support the commercial team, on the creation & modifications of any other communication documents (proposals, briefs, etc). • Work on projects by working with and coordinating with agencies / suppliers / service providers, art services, printing companies, etc., when necessary.
