SIDENOR is looking for a Sales Engineer to join the Commercial team in Maroussi With 60 years of industry know-how and expertise Sidenor is the largest steel industry in Greece and constitutes the steel production and trading segment of Viohalco. Sidenor Group is a leading steel producer in Southeastern Europe with 4 production units in Greece, Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia. The Group's products are available in more than 50 countries with a significant contribution to the economic growth, such as those of steel reinforcing for building and infrastructure projects, shipbuilding and various other industrial applications. As a Sales Engineer, you will report to the Sales Manager, and you will undertake a wide range of sales & marketing activities tasks focusing on the development of the company’s customer base. What you will need to do: Visit customers to update market information Assist back-office team on day-to-day operations Liaise with production & logistic department to maintain smooth workflow of orders Maintain and update Marketing mapping Liaise with quality department for resolving claims and promote continuous improvement of relevant products. Handle technical sales deals and negotiations Present and promote products to the existing and potential customers Contribute to the development and performance of sales & marketing activities to expand the customer base and attain sales goals and profitability Proceed to the assessment of the market competition  Monitor and optimize the inventory and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production plans What you need to possess: Diploma in Engineering (Civil engineer is preferable)  2+ years prior experience in a sale role, preferably in a matrix and multicultural organization Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point) Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems will be considered as a plus What will lead you to success: Excellent communication and presentation skills (Greek & English) Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset Dynamic personality, with excellent collaboration skills Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Flexible to travel What you will need to do next: Joining the Sidenor Group family is easy!
