PeopleCert is looking for Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for handling Customers' and Partners' technical, product and finance related queries through international inbound or outbound calls, chat, email and social media, demonstrating agility, empathy and ownership, ensuring outstanding customer experience.
The Customer Service department operates in Athens, Greece with rotating shifts, 24/7/365.
As a Customer Service Agent, your tasks will include the following:
-Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by PeopleCert.
-Ensure that relevant correspondence is handled within the set KPI standards.
-Ensure that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines.
-Monitor, delegate and answer all queues from inbound requests (i.e. email, chat, phone and social media) within set KPI standards.
-Train and co-ordinate new partners’ and customers’ on-boarding according to the standards set by the international business units.
-Ensure that the working environment is secure and orderly during all shifts and dress code is in accordance with standards set for Customer Service employees.
-Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results.
-Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones.
Ειδικές Δεξιότητες
What we look for:
-Bachelor’s degree any discipline will be an asset
-Minimum 1 year experience in similar position/ function
-Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage
-Passionate with Customer Service
-Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Extra languages desired
-Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast- Internal paced, and deadline-driven environment
-Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including some nightshifts on a monthly basis, weekends and holidays).
