The purpose of the Mechanism for Connecting Talents/Highly Skilled Professionals with Highly Specialized Job Positions is the modern and accurate linking of the two sides of the labor market, that is, the valuable human capital with business activity in Greece.

The above connection is achieved digitally, quickly, and easily through the digital posting of highly specialized positions with ESCO coding by businesses in the Greek territory, and the expression of interest by highly skilled professionals for these specific job positions.

Through digital connection and the utilization of artificial intelligence, the enhancement of attractiveness, information, and outward orientation of businesses in Greece is achieved.

In this way, high-velocity and high-cognitive-power human capital is integrated into the Greek ecosystem, which transfers know-how, work experience, high managerial capability, enhanced client portfolios, and generally a business mindset (growth mindset) from abroad.
